Our process

With all our clients, we follow a detailed end-to-end process from getting learners to sign up to rewarding their progress and programme completion.

1. Confirmation of learners

To identify who would like to register for English training and encourage sign ups, we can draft internal communications to send to your teams, create attraction posters and host open day events onsite at your business.

2. Initial level assessment

We provide a full evaluation of each learner's level* and needs with a comprehension/written test in addition to a 15 minute speaking interview with one of our trainers.

 

Results of the evaluations are presented to the company with suggestions for grouping and most suitable packages. 

 

*Levels based off CEFR framework (A1-C2)

3. Creation of course outline

All our programmes are personalised and custom built to meet the needs of your learners.

Prior to starting the course, we will present the outline for the training sessions.

You will have the opportunity to make comments or suggestions before final approval.

4. Delivery of programme

Our team will be fully responsible for coordinating with the leaners during the programme and ensuring sessions are attended and work is completed.

 

We will create a dashboard so you can monitor learner progress and trainer feedback from each session during the programme. This information can be integrated through any LMS system you are using.

5. Reports and final evaluations

At the mid and end points of the programme, we write detailed progress reports on each learner outlining their progress in addition to general feedback on the groups and organisational suggestions for future programmes.

We provide evaluations and certificates for completion of all levels of the CEFR (The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) to motivate and reward learners. Certificates are awarded by CELTA-qualified instructors.
